I have been practicing bodywork for over 15 years and have focused extensively on infants, children, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and family care since 2019. Many clients first find me during pregnancy or infancy and continue returning through childhood and adulthood.

My Approach
Every body is different. Rather than following a rigid protocol, I meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their unique history, symptoms, goals, and nervous system. Sessions are gentle, fully clothed, and designed to create a safe environment for the body to unwind, adapt, and heal. Depending on your needs, treatment may incorporate CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques, and other hands-on approaches.
Collaborative Care
I am honored to receive referrals from pediatric dentists, lactation consultants, doulas, midwives, pediatricians, chiropractors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals throughout the Los Angeles area. Many of my clients return over the years as their needs evolve, and it is common for me to work with multiple members of the same family.
